Armstrong May Miss Tour
Lance Armstrong said he thought French doping officials would bar him from this year’s Tour de France because of a report that he violated protocols during a recent drug test. In a video statement on his Web site, Armstrong said there was a “very high likelihood” he would not be allowed to race for an eighth Tour de France title.
