Armstrong to Race
After some confusion over the rules that govern races in the United States, Lance Armstrong will be able to test himself in a five-day stage race after all. Armstrong, the seven-time Tour de France winner, will line up Wednesday to race at the Tour of the Gila, a race in New Mexico.
